Selling Out is the New Keeping It Real

Folks. Last weekend we sold out. Like sold out sold out. As in - I didn't bring a single thing home. I didn't even have a PB Bar to snack on for the ride home (jk). It's the first time that's happened in a while. We've come close a few times, but it felt all kinds of good to sell every single planty goodness thing we brought. You know that saying - selling out is the new keeping it real? We love keeping it real. And keepin' it real 100 (as in 100 % sold out) felt pretty gosh darn amaze. Thank you millions for that.

Can't wait to smash your faces again this weekend at the Pilsen Community Market on Sunday (10/4) from 9-2 at 18th/Halsted. (And don't forget - Olivia's Garden begins on 10/10 - keep you eyes peeled next week for another reminder and full deets on that.) This weekend, we plan on the following menu.

Absence Makes the Planty Heart Grow...

Did you miss us? Boy did we miss y'all! Thank you for your patience while we took a couple of weeks off from the markets to fulfill some rather large custom orders. We had a blast making Millie + Moe's "anchored in love" themed sugar cookies and coconut + cacao nib brownie cake balls for their engagement party. And did we mention the adorbs mini pink velvet cupcakes and mini chocolate chip cookies for BHS's homecoming week? Had SO much fun baking up the love.

Can't wait to be back in action at the markets this weekend. Hoping to see your plant filled grins this Sunday 9/20 at the Pilsen Community Market 9-2 (at 18th/Halsted). Here's what we're planning on bringing with us.

Quickie End of Summer Hiatus

Greetings My Planty People - 

Smashed Muffin will be taking a short hiatus from the Pilsen Market to (1) take full advantage of the labor day weekend and (2) hustle making some rather large custom orders. We will be back to our regular schedule on Sunday, September 20th. I'll send a reminder the week before. Can't wait to see y'all in a couple of weeks.
